How Nexuain uses AI

Nexuain uses AI systems in software development, research, technical analysis, automation design, and selected demo or client workflows.

This public website currently has no always-on customer-facing conversational AI chatbot. Optional experimental demos may be disabled until they are production-ready.

Nexuain currently offers services (for example AI agent security automation and practical AI automation). Those are commercial offerings described on the site; they are not separate AI products in production outside this website at the time of this notice.

Human oversight

AI-assisted workflows are designed around explicit ownership, scoped permissions, human review, and auditable execution.

Critical business, financial, security, or blockchain actions require explicit human authorization. Nexuain systems are not designed to autonomously execute critical actions unless specifically agreed, risk-assessed, and technically controlled.

Third-party AI systems

Some features or delivery work may integrate third-party AI models, APIs, or infrastructure.

Where Nexuain integrates a third-party model for a client system, contractual and operational roles (provider, deployer, integrator) are allocated per project. A contract can assign operational responsibilities but does not erase legal duties that the EU AI Act attributes directly to Nexuain when those duties apply.

Commercial services and AI Act boundaries

Nexuain's published services are consulting and delivery offerings. They are not AI Act conformity assessments, CE marking, or certifications.

Default delivery scope excludes high-risk Annex III uses such as employment decisioning, credit scoring of natural persons, biometric or emotion recognition, and law-enforcement decisioning unless a project is separately reviewed.

When a client project puts an AI system into service, provider/deployer roles and transparency duties (including Article 50 interaction disclosure where applicable) are allocated in the project contract. Critical actions require explicit human authorization.

AI-assisted content and editorial responsibility

AI may assist research, drafting, or editing. Published technical content on this website is subject to human editorial review, and Nexuain assumes editorial responsibility for published material.

We do not label ordinary pages, diagrams, brand marks, or abstract visuals as AI-generated by default. Realistic AI-generated or AI-manipulated media that could constitute a deepfake is treated differently and requires disclosure when published.

Customer-facing AI interaction disclosure

When a visitor interacts with a customer-facing AI system on this site, we present a clear disclosure that the person is interacting with an AI system, before or at the start of the first interaction.

Ordinary pages, the contact form, and non-AI interfaces do not show that disclosure.
